the second time I texted you i was in walmart. didn't even hear the dinger ding.

So, let me tell you all about my awesome lunch today. I stopped at the brand new Applebee's in between the laundromat and walmart. Being alone the hostess sat me back in the furthest corner of the place behind a half wall and some plants. Which kind of annoyed me because hey, single people get hungy too! Well, I sat there and sat there and sat there. SO long that I decided what I wanted and changed my mind about 4 times. Abnout 29 minutes in I was getting ready to walk out of the place and I see a manager bringing a large party back to the section I was in. I waved her down and she came over, leaving the group standing there which mad me feel a little bad for them but not TOO much cause I was super hungry and getting really pissed and a head ache too. I told her how long I had been there and she took my order on the spot and left the group standing there some more, went back and put in my order and brought me my drink. Should have gootten booze by that point!

Then the chick who was supposed to wait on me came over and asked if she could take my order. Nope, already gave it to the boos lady. :D Another person came over and apologized and asked if I needed anything. THen another person brought my food out. And a few minutes later another waitress came over and apologized in general for the whole mess. After a few more minutes another manager came over and apologized again and told me my meal was free and I shoudl order dessert too (really should have ordered booze!). well, about three more people came and apologized to me, it was getting the point of ridiculousness and I just wanted to eat! lol, every time I got a bite in someone else came over. Then someone came and took m y dessert order and I asked to get it to go and when it came out IT WAS ON A PLATE. hahaha. Well, someone brought me a box. of course, more apologies. And one of the managers came over and gave me a card for ANOTHER free meal! hahaha

Okay so it was frustrating but in the long run I have ended up with two free meals! Merry Christmas to me!

OMG sounds like the staff is in desperate need of training. Even a newly opened restaurant should have some experienced staff mixed in with the newbies!

ha, thanks! I had actually decided to treat myself and order shrimp before the whole thing even got so bad and ended up free. I didn't know the free part till after I had ordered. Not something I would typically have for lunch but what the hey

Lypsyl I've got a hundred boxes put away for the new ornaments search and now I'm wondering if that's going to be enough maybe I should buy some more?

Looks like I'm in about 30 K for snowballs thrown, I'm sure it's not enough to rank in the top of the group but I want to just sit back relax and not have to check to see if I'm still throwing them are not on the computer every 20 minutes lol does anyone know when they're going to announce the tournament winners? How many boxes do you guys have put away?

I have 412 ornament boxes, and I don't think that's enough. There are over 450 different ornaments, so even if the items were weighted all exactly the same, with 1-4 per box its going to take a lot of boxes to get all the new ornaments.

I would have a lot more ornament boxes if it weren't for my inventory always being full of snowballs. I am still seriously disappointed in the lack of new ornaments this year. Doesn't seem like we got much of ANYTHING all month. :/

I decided to make kit-kat bars tonight and give my sP sink into oblivion at the sno-apult a break. I'm not sure how they're gonna be but the kids need "normal" to come back. I asked my daughter what she was doing Thursday and she said invading my mothers world mom, I need normal, we need normal so we're staying over Christmas eve.

Allllrighty then. So with a day and a half warning it looks like Santa is coming to my house this year. edits and Im good with that

Normal is important, especially for the kids. It is the best thing you can do for them. And it will help you too!

I got the achievement. It was the first thing to happen, then I got the items.
