Yeah, we should change the currency, and change the note on raffle ticket. The currency should be called Forum Point (since that's what it says in the event "You got a forum point while making a post!") It'll be a bit of a pain to change, but fortunately there isn't much in the shop yet, so better now than after they add more stuff.

but...the shop still lists the item prices by raffle ticket. Maybe give it a day or two and see if that changes?

LOL with the way things move around here, I'd wait a few days anyway. Who knows with the achievement problems - redeeming and getting tickets - they may end up changing it back to the raffle ticket system until they get everything sorted out first.

Yep...the big problem is figuring out when to move because sometimes when you wait for something to change or get fixed it can take months or years and how long do want inaccurate info hanging around even if you know its .... sort of temporary.

Hand Made Scientist Plushie

The plushie isn't an achievement prize, its inside the safe. Basically that's what I put in item notes but I'm not sure it'll work. It doesnt look right for some reason. , maybe it needs tweaking or something?

I think its fine the way it is. I might abbreviate it to just "Found during the Morostide mini plot." I guess it depends just how much info we want to preserve. And based on some questions I've seen the the help forum, no amount of info is too much, so leaving it as you have it now would be okay.

It seemed repetitive to me I guess but I was scrambling to get it entered. Why you ask.. drumroll pleeeeease I was getting everything ready to make my first batch of Mini Chicken Pot Pies mmm-mmm-mmm!

I saw a commercial showing how easy it was to make them and my son remembered to drop off a pkg of grands biscuits on his way to his sisters house tonight and of course that was right when I added the plushie. I had to make some modifications like splitting the biscuits apart because I have cupcake tins, not muffin tins and I used my veggies, not a bag of mixed from the store but they smell soooooo good I can hardly stand it! Man I hope this works.

Err...muffin tin vs cupcake tin? This may be a stupid question, but I always thought those were the same thing? I've seen mini loaf tins that look different - just like a bread tin, but much, much smaller.

Either way...I do love chicken pot pies and mini ones sound not only tasty, but really cute too.

@ Lypsyl the big tins, what are those called? Most likely giant muffin tins lol but anyways, that's what I assumed they meant and I've only got the regular ones. You seriously have GOT to try these, they're so easy and they are excellent! My boy just texted me and asked if they were done yet so they wont last long so I'm gonna eat before he gets here

I like chicken pot pie but not the crust, it was always icky to me but these.. these are amazing! Only thing I forgot to do was the "crimp" thing but I was in a hurry. By dividing the biscuits up a bit so they weren't all dough I ended up with a dozen of 'em too!

The crust has always been my favorite part! I am sure these are not like pie crust since they are biscuits, but biscuits are really good too!

I've never made a successful pie crust in my life. My mothers God rest her soul came in two distinct types. Gluey Chewy or Sahara Dry. You were not allowed to leave the table or ask for more water or milk until you ate your meal even if it gagged you, those were the rules when I was a kid and to this day I can not stand pie crust of any kind, lol.

Yeah can understand your aversion, then. My mom baked 3 pies every weekend. And they were wonderful. And the crust, well, I have never been able to make crust anywhere near hers. In fact my first husband used to encourage me to go buy pillsbury crusts whenever I wanted to bake a pie!

I've tried to get beyond it but I just cant, it's just like venison and wild game - all in my head and I know it is but that doesnt change anything, it just explains it a little, lol!

Sicca always gives me that "look" when she's made pie because mr. picky eater (Eli) will play the "But Nana doesnt like it either" card every time I'm there. I just laugh at her because little miss soccer mom would not eat anything that was "touching" on her plate when she was growing up, if part of her veggies touched her potatoes, or pasta or meat, she pushed them aside LOL!

It's going to be a bittersweet day for you - it seems like birthdays and holidays are the worst, the absolut' worst to try and get thru and whoever it was that said it gets easier is a straight up liar. You learn to accept them not answering the phone, and eventually you stop trying to call because of it but accepting that they're gone is worlds apart from losing them getting any easier to deal with.

And I totally agree, there's nothing as satisfying as having your child look at you after dealing with one of their own and say how did you ever put up with this Mom? And since they're her kids and she's your kid, you can walk away laughing yourself silly and there's nothing anyone can say or do about it.

Laurie, I definitely get why you don't like pie crust. I was a picky eater as a kid too (still am, though not nearly as bad), but luckily for me we didn't have horrid rules like that. At home I didn't have to eat anything I didn't want to, and water and ketchup were always available to drown those borderline things I would eat. I did occasionally have to choke down food I didn't like, when we were guests in someone else's home, for example, but that was rare. And my mother would sometimes take pity on me and slide items from my plate to hers when the host/ess' back was turned.
