I think you need to get a seed and plant it in the garden, but I can't test it out myself since I'm currently growing something.

[edit] Oh that was fun! I bought the sphinx relief and got the trinket. Put some seeds in my inventory and THEN went to the garden to check if my plant was ready so I could pull it and start the process for the trinket. Well my plant was ready, so I pulled it and before I could plant another seed, got the event:

You solved the riddle! The Autumn Sphinx Trinket in your inventory has been replaced with a Autumn Sphinx Cuirass.

I still don't know if planting a seed and watering it once is enough, or you actually have to wait the 3 days and grow it. I'll be interested to find out how it goes when the rest of you try it.

I suspect so. May actually be a challenge for many because they forget to water their plant. But I keep the garden in my daily "to do list" so go to it every day anyway.

A coincidence this time because I haven't planted anything for a while because its one less click for my sore wrist. But I picked up a seed the other day for a plant I didn't have in my gallery and was working on that at just the right time. :D

3)I have yet to buy any MC items so i am no help on the garden thing. And can ya'll believe I did not have 3 items from summer. I know Georgie reminded us, but I forgot to look.

4)Finally got an answer on my entry and Lypsyl was right. My item wasn't a beer/ale/lager and so was disqualified. Ariel liked it, but couldn't accept it.

A hard liquor apparently. :P It's all good. There was no achievement or special prize so I'm good.

I need a ton of quest points as well. I'm surprised you don't have plenty.

You had around 400 and bought a ton of stuff. I guess I need to check my list and see what I DIDN'T buy lately. I thought only Carl's stuff was new stuff.

I thought they were MC items. They are expensive! Both in shops and in the quest shop. Usually as it get closer to the next restock they get cheap in shops.

I've been doing fairly well on my quests with the hope of getting frey stuff (I do get it, but keep getting old stuff that has next to no value!). Unfortunately, since saggy doesn't give out items, I haven't been doing his quests and I need those for my achievement :(. Oh well, I'm doing quentin even though they won't give me frey items, they do give me items I can feed the bitch.

I have 390 QP but haven't bought the new stuff yet, except the background. I didn't have the Darkmatter Pumpkin listed to buy, cause I'm not buying minions, but since its food, gonna have to spend the points.

LOL I have 2 whole forum points built up. Gotta post more, but my wrist doesn't like it. Someone mentioned playing games on the GA forum, I might try that.

I have 83Qps. I have 75 forum points, but I've bought some of those when they are 1mil or less. :D I need 21 items in there right now, not counting doubles. Also, i've done like 30 posts today helping someone and didn't get the first forum point. I think my luck is gone. :P

Carl gives the most, but the other questers can give them out as "regular" shop items. So anyone who gets prizes from regular shops: Library, cinthia, malaria, pete and cursed. Oh and Major Drills has given me frey stuff too. Doing all 15 quests I usually get 1 frey item, but quite often its pretty useless.

Wiz doesn't give items Saggy doesn't give items Quentin only gives graveyard items, unless weekend quest

I did get one of the new plushies from the bitch. A new clothing item from Drills. A new book from the library. So while its mostly junk, I've gotten enough good ones to encourage me to do quests daily.
