I don't have a car tomorrow. Took it in to get an oil change and asked them to look at my front tire. Seems I need brake pads on all 4 tires or whatever. They told me another week or less and it would have started going into the metal. Mom had to pick me up and is suppose to take me to work tomorrow.

glad you are safe! THat could have been really dangerous. I have a doc appt tomorrow followed by work. I am still looking for another job, with no success. I maxed out my credit card to pay my electric and cable and I have no idea how I am going to pay my rent on Monday. AND I AM STILL GLAD I LEFT HIM.

Time to finish getting ready for church. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't still chat at me so I have something to do when I get back :)

I am about to disappear myself. I might be around later. No promises. Feel asleep at 6 yesterday and didn't get up til 5 this morning.

...there is so much wrong with a system that spends gazillions of dollars in order to wage war, but begrudges every single cent spent on the consequences of war, especially for the people affected!

Even in my country where there is less emphasis on war and greater emphasis placed of people's well-being, we fail our soldiers and our veterans. Its unconscionable.

LMAO! you silly man, that's what I call all of 'em even tho each and every one of them are Marines and they've all served 2 tours if not more in Iraq. Their all my boys =) But I gotta say, the best man is the littlest of them all, when he first enlisted I told him he was too pretty to be a Marine!

I keep my opinions to myself about that because I never want to sound like Im not proud of the sacrifices my family has made but if I ever spoke my mind around here it would be everything you said and much much more. They train them to kill then tell them they're not allowed to talk about what they did and cut them loose. Bunch a bullshit!

My little brother was in the military, so totally understand about the dynamic of being proud of soldiers while at the same time having very strong issues about war and its aftermath.

You can be against something, or feel very underwhelmed by how the military treats its people without being against the people involved. But its a very subtle line and being too vehement about it can so very easily cross the line. I would never want to hurt a soldier or veteran (or their family) and so sometimes I can't say everything I think or feel.

I don't say anything at all about what I really think about the whole mess. I'm afraid if I ever opened my mouth to say one sentence I wouldn't be able to stop and I've got a lot of animosity and disgust for our so called leaders.

fyi, you set some of the restock locations to the carnival stand rather than carnival prize shop. Fixed alrteady but all of us are going to need to watch that.

Well I won't be playing ring toss, that's a ripoff considering how rarely you win.

Best best (cost wise) is bluff (if you're any good at it) at 10K and 3 tickets. But it is costly in time.

Best best for quickness - mallarchy pond. Min 1 ticket. I've been playing that a lot and got 20+ tickets in no time. Finished off 2 achievements - the tattoo and the sour candy.

I suck at bluff. I tried and don't have a clue how to play anymore if I ever did.

I'll continue with just the pond and slowly get enough tickets. :)
