According to an old thread, once you fill the pitcher, it should turn into a glade potion.

At 8am or 8pm...go to Peka Glade and fill the pitcher with water. I'll have to search on what to do to make it into a glade potion.

Ooo. The backdrop is pretty but when I try to apply it it becomes the top layer. How do I change that? Sorry for the 50 questions D: I'm just generally clueless...
