I don't even remember how to do that. :D I think there's someone you can go to that'll do it for you, but I don't remember who they are, haha.

You know, to be honest, I'm not too sure. I think it may have to do with battles, maybe you move up when you do battles? Weapons have tiers, too, it might have something to do with that. I don't really know about the battling side of pets, though, sorry. ^_^;
