Umm let's see.. If you buy one of the Hair Coupon items, you can go to your inventory and 'Redeem' it; then you can select that hair in the Avatar section of the wardrobe, and from there you can go dye it in the Hair Salon. Then you have that hair as a base option forever, but unfortunately that also deletes the hair coupon, so you can't resell it later or take it out of your wardrobe or anything, cuz it won't be there! So it's a bit of a trade off. Did that help? [:
