Do you have any sort of quicker communication method? I don't mean to sound aggressive but we haven't gotten any sort of update regarding the limbo status of your designs that were rejected. You said everything was resolved which hardly seems like the case so im confused if there was a misunderstanding? Miscommunication? It's been a good chunk of time now and you've been a little quiet. I understand if you have outside obligations tying you up but it seems a bit unprofessional to be handling multiple clients money without offering them a public explanation over the continued delay. I'm willing to put more patience regarding this because I do hope for a good conclusion but this whole experience has left me a bit sour from your continued lack of communication.
