Yeah, if you start feeding one, no one else will be able to feed it for a few hours now. Pretty crazy :P

Same - I like the peace of mind that seeing my name as top contributor means I’ll most likely get credit for the bubble. Worrying about getting sniped at the last moment after all of that feeding really sucked.

Keith might change it now that I’ve pointed it out, but oh well :P Until he does, as long as you’re the top contributor on a minion, you have a very good chance of winning the bubble pop. I try to avoid minions that already have someone feeding to have the best chance of winning the bubble, but as long as it’s still calm (or even stirring) and you can tell no one else is actively feeding it anymore, you have a chance to overtake them as top contributor and win the minion.

I have heard the tip about peppermint oil before in relation to keeping mice away - perhaps as it's oil it's concentrated and therefore very strong and that's why it works.
