When people say sbq, it probably refers to a new restock, since there's around a 5minute wait between purchases

It is a 'higher end' NPC store that restocks more expensive items. You need to redeem a 'Subeautique Invitation' to get one buy (eg. every purchase you make uses up one Subeautique Invitation) You can redeem as many as you like.

These can be bought from shop search or found via random events :)
