I have a neighbor who recently lost her eyesight due to a crazy immune response (large cell temporal arteritis) and had to move quickly to San Diego for medical treatment. She’s staying with her husband (who has epilepsy that has damaged his brain to the point he can’t speak or love a productive life) at King’s Inn while looking for an apartment. There are apparently no microwaves and shit and the guys who drove her there refused to grab food and water before splitting. Do you know any locals who would be willing to make a fully reimbursed Walmart run (microwave and basic foods like bread and meat).
