Hi, idk if anyone mentioned to you but staff (usually) will reset the bathhouse streak once for you even if the error was on your end due to rl issues or whatever, especially if it's a long one like yours was. I would try filing a ticket and explain that you had a really long streak and lost it because of one day, and ask if they can restore it. Good luck!
