hope you dont mind my saying, but you can put the new type of background below your avatar in the new wardrobe and it shows up, or leave it underneath so you just put deco there.
The new bgs are "on top" of the ha because you can drag your base avatar layer around now so they're no longer going to be putting ha cutouts in new bg items from what I heard.
