Theres a bunch of things going on, melody gives out items everyday at her cottage, then there is the mysterious melody that randomly assigns you a partner and you can swap items between them (though sometimes you get an awesome partner and sometimes not) then there are the xmas trees on everybodies profiles that you can leave presents under and on the 25th they open, then there are tons of giveaways going on and people who are hosting their own secret santa stuff, everybody is really active this time of the year its nice
