You just go about the site normally and red text will show up under the bar saying "Your team has encountered an obstacle! Check the trail to see how you can help!" eventually. Don't gotta wait it out on the actual map page.

Easy point 1 point is hunting, hunting only counts once actives point wise. Other then that you go around normally and wait for the red words to tell you to go back and help with an activity.
