Hmm…random facts about the Australian Magpie: they are named after a European bird but are native to Australia, they have a complex bird call which sounds like a flute, and can recognise up to 100 human faces! They are feared for ‘swooping’ during Spring, but they are mischievous and usually peaceful birds.
