Sadly, tech support is one thing that I'm expected to do. :( I'd rather teach someone to download books, since that's more in my area. I got to spend my afternoon with other teen librarians, and take notes with the person who I'm doing school visits with in a couple weeks. So better things today!

Thanks. I've got other stuff going on with work, but not too bad other than the guy who wants computer help and insists on treating the staff like dogs. I'd love to kick him out if I could.

Yeah. We don't want that to happen, so now that we know her son is autistic and runs, we can make sure that someone's always keeping an eye on him. We don't normally watch people's kids, but he's a vulnerable child, so we can. Exception rather than the rule.
