Blue building - you can get a bumbus pet there. You can do quests there to get points to buy stuff from the shop. I hardly ever use it, so I can't remember if there's much else to do.

There's still a delay. The same amount of delay as I had when I bought everything. Honestly, it took forever.

Yeah stupidly I decided I needed EVERY item from EVERY year from Skitters and that love shack place. That may have slowed me down lmao.

Some stuff you can save heaps on if you can get them from the plot shops etc.
