I've been declared disabled by our federal system but that is completely separate from our individual state systems. It's the state system I need to get moving on. I really appreciate your help. Eventhough you're in a different country some of the things you said still hold true for us here in Virginia. You have opened my eyes and given me some hope that I can finally completeall the hurdles the state will throw at me. :D ❤
