Oh no! I am sorry you ended up in the ER... Is the antibiotics starting to work? Wish you a speedy recovery. Not much happening here, other than that I ordered planetickets to see my friend later this month. She is having another round of chemo therapy, so I am going to be there to help and support her.

I've got a kind of half diagnosis of 'severe ME/CFS' but I'm waiting for my referral appointment with the 'centre for fatigue services' where they should officially confirm the diagnosis. But since late November, my energy levels & ability have gone downhill again, which hasn't helped! :K I've now got a powerchair as I can't self-propel my current chair on anything other than perfectly flat surfaces (even a slight slope is too much), but I still need to get the ramp sorted so I can get the chair outside (at the moment it's in the middle of the living room so I can practise getting used to the controls). Plus we need to get a different vehicle to transport the powerchair in, as it's too big to fit in the boot of Dad's car, and it's also too heavy for him to lift).... so that's even more hassle & expense :(

I don't think it sounds like lupus (and they did a load of blood tests to check almost everything - they all came back as 'normal')

Yeah, it's not going to be cheap! And also seriously considering adding in a stairlift at my parents' place (seeing as I'm there during the day every day, and at the moment, most nights too), as the loo is upstairs which makes it rather awkward!
