That's amazing! I'm so happy for you guys :) My fiance and I are actually looking into living in an RV full time once we're able to own one outright... we figure we can sort of drift a bit between friends' driveways and campgrounds for a bit with the added benefit of being able to pick up and travel in our house if we so choose. Unfortunately we're kind of terrible at space management, so learning to declutter would be a must! But it's good to know that it is possible to afford to live in Tacoma nowadays without winning the lottery xD If all else fails, we'll probably try and look for a decent studio or 1 bedroom until we can get on our feet again.

Ooooh lucky! My fiance and I used to live in the area a long time ago, and we're slowly trying to save up funds to move back out west... hoping for Seattle or thereabouts, but I'm sure you're well aware of the housing costs nowadays. It's outrageous how much Tacoma's shot up in property value :O
