Hi! I was looking at your HA, at the items you're using to get ideas, and I read your About Me section. I don't know if this might help you, but my boss used to get migraines a lot as well. When she went gluten free her migraines stopped almost completely. I don't know how or why gluten might be tied to migraines, but for her it was. I hope you can find something that can help you too.
