I never meant for it to be. I've just tried to say it to each individual that's taken the time to address me and the reason why I'm mentioning it is because of the false accusations and hyperbole I'm currently being assaulted with, all because people don't approve of how I said my piece.

I'm no different in that respect? Sorry, I'm rather confused by your statement. Generosity, to me, is good no matter what the reason. Sure, shit can get muddied like how most donations with some of the bigger charities go to advertising rather than the cause they donated towards, etc but I'm just happy people care enough to even try.

It's also a bit of both virtue and vice for me. I love giving items to people, not just because it makes me feel good, but because it can make them happy, even if it's just for a moment. If something can make someone's day, I can usually justify the financial cost of that happiness. Like, this one girl, I just met her a few weeks ago and she has soooo many problems, you don't even know, and yesterday, RIPT apparel had a Steven Universe themed T-shirt on sale and they do limited designs so, I bought it for her. It was about 25-30 bucks after conversion but man, her reaction when I told her "Merry Christmas" was just so frickin' adorable. I think I made her year and yeah, I'm going to feel proud that I could do that for her. Care to fight me on that?

No, they don't but they do offer day one fixes and other services for the inconvenience. Also, that's a real world example vs a virtual one. There's no items to be remade or recalled. No one's losing jobs. It costs Keith/Subeta nothing to let us keep the items and in this era, it can be financial suicide to not offer something to players for the inconvenience. Look at how much flack Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Bioware and EA got for all their fuck ups since 2012. The people have a right to demand better services and respect for the things they either sacrifice their time or their money to have/interact with and in that regard, subeta is no different.

Yes, I did complain about that but now that the deed is done, I'm rather over it. I do still feel this compensation is too low, however. Had I run the site, I would compensate with at least 500csc, a 1 month GA and a WL item under their trees because that way, everyone can at least try and get a CW off their WL and enjoy a months worth of privileges for what I think is a pretty huge mistake. (That and I'm overly generous like that.)
