That's what i read about PCOS, it can also be considered an imbalance of my hormones too.

Yeah i still need to do more research on it.
It's for diabetes but it has been found to reduce the cysts women get when they have PCOS. I dont think i want to take it because i dont know what it can do to a person who doesnt have diabetes. I'm not diabetic and i dont know what kind of reaction i could have with it. :/
