You can use it whenever you want to. The items cost upwards of 100k sp though.

You could redeem it and get access to the Subeautique which sells some nice wearables or you could sell it for 500k, its up to you.

Go to personal on the top right on your screen -> vault -> currencies -> wizard exchange
