We had her put in a psych ward for eval but they got her under control and she seems to be back to normal but its scary the thought of whats locked in her brain it even had my husband scared for his life. Sounds like your dad may not like it but needs to be put in a home because that kind of stress can harm you guys. my husbands step father has alzheimers and it got so bad he was stealing the kids food and demanding someone stole his clothes even though he was wearing them and demanding my husbands mom was going out and cheating on him "btw they got a divorce 3 years before" it got to the point the stress was hurting their health and they had to have him put in a home.

I just got married back on the 3rd and something like snapped in my moms brain to the point she reverted mentally to when i was a teen and she wrote things on our house threatening my husband and uncle and signing it as my ex, she started saying she was gonna live here and that something was inside all of us and she had to get it out. she tried killing herself on my front porch the scars on her arms and legs are so bad the hospital thought they were burns.
