A mix of sP and CSC would be fine, I prefer sP but it doesn't matter much.

No prob ^^ You get sP for CSC by buying and selling the CSC gift cards (like in the Cash Shop, and vice versa if you need to buy CSC with sP. There are different denonimations, so it's worth checking the price on all when you're converting bigger sums. And don't worry about that, it's fine to ask. Battling is kinda fun and worth investing in, but not really my focus, so I'd rather sell the weapon lol.

Hi, the value is around 300-350m sP. The Item Pricing forum is great for checking prices on rare items (I got that estimate from one of the threads there). Also, you get this weapon from completing the 2010 Bobblehead collection, and the CSC required to buy the most expensive ones would be cheaper (2800 CSC for around 180m sP, that's with the prices right now). But the bobbleheads aren't in the Cash Shop right now, so you would have to wait if going that route.
