it seems to be a sitewide issue. I just read though, if you look up something with a multiple return possiblity (like the word "White") it will work. So try either searching just "montre" or "elixir" and keep hitting search until you get the elixir to show up

oh so that's not just me. I'm having that problem too. Submit a ticket about the shop not working, and/or that you want your pet changed but can't buy the elixir and maybe they'll fix it for you.
