I changed my look today. >u<

Your welcome. I had chest pain and my blood pressure was very high last night so I spent most of the night in the Veterans Hospital emergency room. I do take medication for hypertension but I think the medication needs to be changed since my blood pressure is still too high. I walk daily and work out, I always follow a low salt diet and I dont have much stress in my life at all so Im doing everything I can to treat the hypertension of course. Im gonna go to the Veterans Clinic walk in clinic Monday and follow up there and hopefully they can help me more. Merry Christmas and I hope you have a great holiday too!

I'm also going to start making my own oat milk coz I cant drink regular milk --it makes my bad sinuses worse is why. The store bought oat milk just has too much sodium in it for my special diet. Its easy to make too.
