Off the top of my head , and are some people who are willing to do recolors with files but there are likely other people as well (hence the suggestion of the boards). can do it if you don't have the files, but they're usually swamped.
Do you have the PSD? If so there's a few people that could help, posting on the CW boards could probably rustle up some interest.
I keep thinking of commissioning Queen Beryl's dress as a CW, too.
