They are usually prompt here indeed! There might be a delay since the event is going a a couple of the viruses glitch with the wardrobe
You're welcome! When I left completely and came back ages ago I just approached it as a new player with a bonus set of items lol it was easier to relearn that way vs going but it was x way before. And some of the stuff on site recently has been goofy such as renaming taken names. A few other users have experienced this the past few days, so I figured a heads up to avoid frustration would be nice
