There are other long haired guys in a different anime but idk the name of the anime. I wanted to watch it but haven't yet. I'll go search for the title and let you know. It reminds me of Fushigi Yuugi a bit.

Nuriko's voice is really weird in the anime. XD But he's really beautiful.
I like a lot of the yaoi OVAs. Fushigi Yuugi has some OVAs too but i haven't watched them yet.
