Oh, things aren't great with him. He's been gone a lot lately though, door dashing, so that's good. It's been nice to have the house to myself. I can't wait to move! My health is pretty good. I had a recent doctor's appt and I lost 12lbs, my a1c was down from 6.8 to 6.4 and my blood pressure was down. She told me she was very happy with me.. and that whatever I was doing, to keep doing it. The only complaint I have is I'm not sleeping. 3-5 hours a night and it's all broken up. Ugh. I'm getting used to it, but I have too much to do to not have any energy. :(

How did your PT go the other day?

I'm not crazy about winter being right around the corner, but I am very over the heat and humidity of summer. I love Fall. It's my favorite season!!!

Ugh. That's pretty crummy! Good luck 🍀 🙏🏼 in September! Keep me updated! I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow with my GP. I think I'm going to ask her to test me vitamin levels and I know she'll be checking my A1C.

When do you go for your Endo?? I'm not doing too bad, I guess. I am still not sleeping. I have two Dr's appts this week. I am going to talk to them and see if we can't come up with some solution. HUGS to you my friend! :) <3 <3
