Yeah, the forums aren't nearly as active as they used to be. They tend to pick up around Masquerade and Survival, or Luminaire, and sometimes during Morostide, but yeah. I'd say the battle chat thread is one of the more active threads during regular hours. Sometimes the human avatar games area gets a moderate spur of activity from day to day. And yeah I hope so too. The site seems to be heading in a better direction lately, after Keith's comments a while back on how it wasn't sustainable without user contributions in the long run. It sounds more like they have a plan of action to address that and get the game back on its feet and marching ahead.

You can learn the coding process for what Subeta uses pretty quickly, there are helpful guides under the Pets subforum area if I remember correctly! I learned a lot from reading the threads there. Just make sure to credit anyone if you use what they explained or created.

Yeah, I've been extremely hesitant of seeking out a partner for so long because of how bad I've always heard it has been over the years to get started. I've got more confidence now, I'm just not entirely in the best place in my life to resume dating-- now if I can just convince my head and heart to stop missing that comfort, well, that's the difficult part haha. Ah, don't worry about that, the amount of times I've made a mistake when going from weapon or scroll sets between pets and gotten bit for it is pretty high up there. Just a learning experience, and the battling process has come so far! You can beat opponents well passed just 10 wins and you can start to earn gradually improving loot-- mostly the higher effective modification crystals that weren't released previously, but sometimes mage amulets and even tomes, and you even earn a little exp too. Just something to look toward as you keep growing!

Kilroy used to be at rank 9 when I first finished customizing his final build two years ago, but he's gradually slipped back to 25-- at the cap, Intelligence is the very last stat that counts toward your overall build, and it is pretty hard and expensive to keep boosting int at that point.

I don't know. And per the rules, we aren't allowed to ask about bans(or freezes, as they are called here). I am pretty worried about that happening with how much time I've invested in the site, so I try to err on the side of caution when I post on the forums and stuff.

I'm sure you can make new friends, just cruise along the forums for a bit -- especially the battle chat thread, we love to talk to new and old players alike, and you haven't been on for so long that they can definitely get you up to speed on the changes better than I can sum it all up. Yeah, the site has been in decline for a while now with recent server changes throwing up constant 405 errors and lag and just general down time during events and stuff. But the staff is getting most of that resolved, we've been fairly stable lately, new wardrobe aside.

Sun is my second battler to reach Tier 12, and he's Kilroy's little sibling. I plan to add them and Dolk into Kilroy's storyline when I get further into writing that, and I definitely have some creative interpretations of the final build in mind.

I've gone through some rough times but suffice to say I've finally gotten the treatment I needed and I am doing amazing by comparison. Plus I capped my main battle pet while you were away! His little sibling is closing the gap when I can be fussed to train/boost 'em. The new wardrobe took some getting used to but I love using it now actually. How have you been doing outside of Subeta??
