Yup, conscription in South Korea. If I hadn't gotten into uni by the time I turned 18 I would have joined. I can finish off part of my service with the medics in public health or as a military surgeon. Depends on what your occupation is etc. ALSO ALSO some of my seniors from high school will be enrolling the same time as me, which will be ace even though we won't be in the same branch 8D! Even though I have dual citizenship by law you still have to do your service.
