I actually had your comment open and was about to reply! Psychic! Sorry, it's been a bit of a week. My internet is playing up a lot, plus I've been reading a good book, and I've been sorting out travel insurance, jabs etc for Egypt. I even did a bit of gardening today! Shocking! But yeah, sorry, I haven't been on here so much this week. I got so fed up trying to get the internet to work that I went downstairs and either watched the telly or listened to my audiobook. Also work was its usual busy self! And now it is Sunday night again! It's been cooler here, although it's been sunny today (so the washing went out!) (It needs to go out whenever possible as I haven't had a chance to replace the dehumidifier yet!) Well, I've had my first rabies shot for Egypt. Two more to go. And lots of others still to come. I'm off up to Stratford for a couple of nights at the end of the week to visit my godmother. She's in her mid 80s now, always been incredibly sprightly but she is slowing down a bit now. Still doing well though. I am so missing my cruise! I made a friend on there, she's visiting Bath in a few weeks, she says she's been sitting on her sofa waiting for the waiter to come and bring her drinks, but nobody comes along. Not like the cruise where we were being served constantly! I keep looking at other cruises! Nothing at the moment though. Must pay for Egypt and then try to top up my savings again lol! Right, I suppose I should go and sort things out for the morning. Apologies for being crap this week! Oh... I owe another friend an email as well. Its a wonder any of you still speak to me!

yes it is and apparently because of all the rain we were fire free here all august. :) i hope you guys did get the rain you needed. we got a few days of sun and warmth but now its starting to cool off for the winter months that are creeping up on us, :'(

Egypt is going to be amazing, though it is incredibly expensive and I have to have a load of vaccinations to get before I go. It has definitely cooled down here. It's even been raining again. But I need to remember how horribly hot it has been and get something sorted out in the winter months when it is cheaper. Blackheart Hollow takes wizard tokens. I just didn't quite have the 5000 needed for the legendary weapon at the time. I've sorted that out now, although it's the first time I've seen one in there. I'd not been doing wizard quests so my token stock had dropped a bit. Oh no! that was nice of Philip to go and sort out a new monitor for you. I'm having things break as well, the dehumidifier that I use to dry my washing if the weather isn't suitable to put it outside started making a plastic burning smell so I have turned it off, probably cheaper (and safer) to buy a new one than to try to get it fixed. Of course now it is raining and I need a replacement so that I can dry the washing indoors over the rainy months! Hmm... yes I think I probably should follow your example and get some surge protectors for the computer. And then I have to pay for Egypt... Aaaagh!
