It kind of depends on the number of lines you are requesting. Generally, if it's more than 5, I set up a bunch of trade lots and on the first lot you bid 40 mil. When you finish with the first 2 lots you bid those items on the next 2 trades, and repeat. At the end you set up 2 lots and I return the sP.
