HEY I ARE ON SUBETA

Yeah, I went and looked at it today. It's a tired old house (mainly because she and her husband rented it out and the renters messed up some things) but the kitchen and bathrooms are fine and there are some really cool big windows. Right now it's just her there and her husband moving up from the Bay Area in a few months, so she's renting the one room out short term.

Haha, she did say she's a vet technician. Two of the dogs were really nice and quiet and sweet; the third was a little yappy and snappy but he's also smaller than my cat, so I'm not too concerned. The cat is fucking adorable as hell and I want to steal her.

I'd most likely be paying 400/month with 200 for a refundable deposit.
