Yeah, no problem!

For most stats, it's relatively easy. There are things called "leeches" that will lower a stat 2 at a time (but they won't go any lower than 0). They're all in the Battle Shop on the medium level, and here is a list of them. You can also buy them from other users.

Unfortunately for level, there's only one item that I've found that'll lower it, and that's the which hovers around 40 million sP. It will take 1-3 levels at a time.
