Thank you for sharing your cleaning tips with me, it makes sense. I have started :) and I´m already feeling this will be a great relief overall. I´ve looked into the youtube channel you recommended and I´ve already learned so much :O like categorizing into piles (a diagram basically) according to ´Do I want to do it? Y/N´ and then ´Do I need to do it? Y/N´ and then the next task would be to write down the 3 steps (or more) that are needed to complete this specific (annoying) task, which breaks it down into smaller portions which makes it less challenging or overwhelming. It reduces the inner resistance, so it is easier for the brain to get momentum going. Thanks for recommendig Mia´s Diary ♡ I´ll work my way through the videos and see which method works best for me. May I ask you one more thing? when you did Swedish death cleaning, did you sort through everything, got rid /donated, rearranged, and THEN did a deep clean, or did you clean while going through everything, simulateously?

oh I´m totally with you. As a new-ish goat owner (4 weeks in), I have found that I really needed to step up my daily routine, and my mental focus. I didn´t realize it earlier but my focus was kind of all over the place..? ´I might do this ... now I feel like doing that...´ a little doomscrolling here and there, delaying things, etc Now I´m much more: what do I HAVE to do (like let the goats out on time, clean the stable, socialize with them, they´re only 4 months old so now is the time to bond with them, etc), what do I really WANT to do, what do I want to spend my time on (trying to treat it as if my time was a currency and I only have a limited amount so I need to choose wisely) I´m learning to say No thanks to other people, some really don´t like it and show a very ´interesting´ new side that I haven´t seen before lol :) ...and now I realize how much stuff I have in my house. And too much yarn. My taste in yarn has changed over the years and I really need to give some of it away. Oh boy.
