I really don't know - there's generally a small news update when new merchandise turns up in the token shop and after that there's about 3-4 restocks for a day or two. I think they're random, but I can't be sure.

If you don't mind spam and would like to get token shop items more easily may I recommend that you join the "tsrestock" forum group? It notifies you when the token shop is stocked. Then when something good shows up in the token shop (like the storm potion for example) you can keep the shop open in a tab and refresh it as soon as the little ping-notification shows up. At least that's how I do it. ^__^

If the storm potions are still around tomorrow I might buy one for Wolf as well, if she still needs one by then that is.
