The Darkside terrain has always been tough to traverse, with many keeping far away from any area that isn't well populated. Demeanors are tepid at best, which is how the inhabitants like it. People go to the Darkside to escape emotion.

Unfortunately for the residents, the love in the air this weekend has carried far over Subeta and has reached even such places as the Darkside. The great legendary beast, Menecuda, said to have laid dormant for hundreds of thousands of years, has arisen to quell the happiness that has arisen.



You must defeat the beast and send it to sleep again before it poisons us all with its toxic hatred! Buy a Decayed Waste Barrel from the Cash Shop now to summon Menecuda.

The Living Petri Dish will retire on June 1st.

The Wedding Transcript!

Wesley: Today we’re joined in a celebration. A celebration of love, of commitment, of friendship, and of two people who have given so much to the world that the world’s gift was letting them find each other. I have the privilege today of performing this ceremony on behalf of Emma and Esther. Welcome, and thank you for being here.

The greatest happiness in life is that we are loved for the person that we are. If there is anything better than being loved, it is loving. This afternoon we are here to celebrate love. We come together to witness and support the joining together of these two persons in marriage.

Emma, Esther - you may have fallen in love by chance, but today you have made a choice. You’re both choosing to be with someone who enhances you. Who makes you think, who makes you smile, who makes every day better. And it is into this union that you come now to be joined.

I believe both women have chosen to recite a reading, please, go ahead.

Emma: Esther, I love you not only for who you are but for who you make me want to be when I am with you. You have given me roots, filled me with a sense of belonging and enriched every part of my life. I have always loved the world around me, but now I look forward to returning home. You have given my life a home, a home filled with flowers and with love.

Esther: Emma, your love for your fellow creatures and the world around you have done more than anyone could have done to make me good. You inspire me every day, by simply being yourself. You were my friend first and you remain so, but also so much more. I couldn’t imagine how happy I would be to spend the rest of my life with my best friend, the woman that I love.

Wesley: Emma, you have chosen Esther to be your life partner. Will you love and respect her, be honest with her always? Will you stand by her whatever may come?

Emma and Esther, we have heard your promise to share your lives in marriage. We recognize and respect the covenant you have made here this day before each one of us as witnesses. Therefore in the honesty and sincerity of what you have said and done here today and by the power vested in my by the Province of Veta, it is my honor and delight to declare you married and partners in life, for life.

There is a new Reward Card available to fill out! Remember that for each stamp you will earn Loyalty Points (LP) in ascending value to spend in the loyalty shop - stamp 1 is 1 point, stamp 2 is 2 points and so forth. Completing a card awards you 5 bonus LP, bringing the total for completing a card to 60LP.

You can fill this card up twice! You will get the same amount of points for filling out each card, so in total you have a chance of getting 120LP. You can spend these points in the Loyalty Shop.

If you’re unsure if you’re on your first or second card, check out your current level. Levels 0-10 are for the first card, 11-20 are for the second card.

There are six new achievements with forum titles for you to collect! They are Flower Child, Chat-Tea, Birch Please, Plagued, Sugarlicious, and Great Outdoors From Inside.

Goodness, it’s been a busy Vesnali so far, I’m getting behind on wedding preparations! Actually - I’m here to ask if you could help me out here. I’ve been making some floral arrangements and bouquets, but I have so many left to do I just can’t see that I can get them all done by myself (or with Emma's help). If you’d like to help out, come visit me at the Greenhouse, and bring extra flowers! There are Vesnali Coins and an achievement in it for you if you do.



For the rest of Vesnali you’ll have a few extra chances to collect flowers from Nori, Mori and Cinthia, while Alexander will also be giving out some old Vesnali restockables. I hope you’re remembering to have a nice cup of tea once in a while, it’s no good being too rushed off your feet!

Oh good, it seems Tempest is in a lovely mood! I'm trying to persuade her to lay off the rain on the wedding day. Hopefully, she's getting the downpour out of the way now with this storm paralix. A dragon of a storm, that should do it!

There was a notice on the site earlier about a possible security breach on Subeta. Upon being alerted we moved into what we refer to as code red immediately, informing all of you to change your passwords.

Upon further inspection it appears that the hacking was incredibly isolated, and we believe from a non-Subeta attack that leaked emails and passwords from third party accounts.

As always we recommend changing your password frequently (one account hacked today hasn't been logged in to for five years, and their password was floating around!) and checking lists like Have I been PWNed to see if your personal information has been released in a hack.
