3 YEARS!! Thank you everyone, for making these an amazing three years. We've all had so much fun for all of us, and we enjoy working on the site daily.

ATTENTION ALL GOLD ACCOUNT USERS





Thanks to all the honest users of Subeta, I have now noticed the pattern of the Gold Account glitch and will be able to go through my list of Gold Account holders more effectively now. Thank you all VERY much for smailing me. Even if I didn't respond to your smail, I DID read them and greatly appreciate the time and effort you have all saved me.





What does this mean? It means you DO NOT need to smail me anymore regarding this glitch! (Huzzah!) Even if you haven't smailed me yet, you do not need to smail me. I know who you are now, and within the next few days or so (depending on the downtime) I will be going through the list and fixing the glitched GAs.





So, to answer some quick questions I know will come up:





1. Q. Can I activate a Gold Account Medal if my GA is glitched?





A. Yes. This will not negatively affect you. In fact, it actually seems to FIX the GA glitch.





2. Q. If I smailed you about my Gold Account glitch, are you going respond?





A. No. I have over 200 smails ONLY about the glitch, and I no longer need them to check anything. If you commented me your comments will be deleted because I don't need them. And because comments didn't really help anyway, as I would just ask those users to smail me.





3. Q. What if several days pass and my GA isn't fixed? Does this mean you missed me and think I'm abusing it/will you freeze me?





A. No. I know who tried to contact me, who hasn't been online (thus, you do NOT need to worry about your friends who haven't seen anything yet), I know the site's been down, etc, etc. If you're innocent I'll know it. If several days pass and your GA isn't fixed it's because I haven't reached you yet.





4. Q. How long should it take to complete this fixing?





A. This depends on a LOT of things, many of which involve people other than me. It'll get done, and in the meantime go on with your normal lives and let me worry about the nuts and bolts.





5. Q. If I have a question you didn't answer here, can I smail you?





A. Of course. However, please read the FAQ in my profile first, as that answers most questions.





If you sent me a smail NOT in regards to the Gold Account glitch, just resmail me it and I'll get to it ASAP. And, again, if you would like to reach me by AIM, it's in my profile as well.

The site is not fully online - we are working on it, though. There may very well be more downtime in the next few days.

The Wardrobe has been fixed, and the tabs should work correctly.

Downtime



Subeta has been down due to hardware related issues. The hard drive in our primary webserver failed, and we were having trouble connecting to the server to fix it.

For the past few weeks, we have been working on new servers, that we own ourselves (at the moment we rent servers) which will provide a faster, more secure Subeta - as well as the ability to add more features without having to worry about lag or the inability for the site to handle it.

We were going to roll these servers out within the next two weeks, moving the site over slowly and throttling traffic. However, this complication has caused us to move forward on this plan, and try to get things over as fast as possible, without losing data or much time.

We're sorry for the downtime, but to make sure that it doesn't happen again soon, we will be having downtime within the next day or two. After that, we will be fully moved to new servers :)! If you are unable to access subeta.net, and want an update, I will be passing updates to the staff of SubetaHQ or posting there myself.

Also, yesterday was our Third Anniversary! We planned some fun, and new items to celebrate, however we are postponing that until we are in a stable server environment. :)! Thank you for playing Subeta!
