Remember when giving out warnings, to put QUOTES of the violation in the user notes. Saying "User X broke Rule Y" isn't enough; especially if they wish to appeal a wrongful warning.

I'd like to make it clear, that any staff member that is spreading information from the staff board, admin panel, etc, to the users will be fired.

I will not tolerate it when users know everything that is going on, before it happens. As if they could read the staff board themselves.
