Chancellor Phoenix needs a portrait done. Are you a bad enough dude to paint the chancellor? Yes? I don't know, you don't seem like a bad enough dude ... but I guess we'll give you a shot. Head over to Thimble & Co. to pick up some of these new watercolor chips and practice with them, first.
