Get your swampie some water from Peka Glade and it could look like this too!

I like seeing the artists try to spice things up with their poses, but this one seems a bit awkward. It looks...chubby. xDD And the arm/fin things look a bit out of place. Pretend the swampie wasnt in that pose. Wouldnt the arms look waay to far back? Its face also looks a lot like a horse than a swampie, more than it usually should.

Lol..i like it after a while. but i was staring at its butt for a while till i realized the head was off to the side

I think this angle makes the face look odd, sorta chunky and not very graceful. The rest of the body seems okay, but the head is a little off, especially around the mouth.

Idk how people can't understand the pose. I think this looks absolutely beautiful- it's the perfect pose for a sea creatures, it reminds me of a leafy seadragon (:

I got confused when I tried to find it's head... I had to look for the eyes in order to find it... Is that a leech by its head? The art is really really pretty... but maybe the head should've been where the tail is...

Zelena! Me, too! I could not, for the life of me, figure it out what that tail/head thing was. And when I did it was most awkward! The whole thing looks just so awkward! I love the kelp going down its back, though.

I whole-heartedly agree with Soph

Swampies are by far my favorite pet on here and I'm glad they are FINALLY getting some attention...But the pose is not easlilly read, and once you figure it out it's quite awkward... It's also strange that the focal point is where I imagine a butthole might be.

Not trying to bash the artist here ( I'm REALLY glad so see some swampie at all) but I think it could have been thought out better.

Finally, more swampies!

The only way I could be a happier little squid is if the nightmare swampie were released!

That said, it did take me a while to figure out the positioning of this swampie xD

It's great to see some attention on the swampie, and I appreciate the hard work the artist must have put in, but the pose is strange and awkward, and I think it needs a little more thought.

The eyes blend in to much and the pose is odd. I don't really like it. I couldn't figure out where it started or ended.

The eye should've been drawn to stand out a bit more, because it just looks like another one of those orange markings on its head.

I guess I am weird, but I don't really understand why everyone is saying the pose is awkward. This is something swimming through the water, not walking around on land. I personally think it flows really nicely and it is nice to see a different pose for the swampie.

At first I thought the tail was the head.. took me about 10 seconds to find the actual head. I agree the pose is a little awkward but nonetheless it's very well drawn and super cute I love it.

Hmm, well it's nice to see an attempt at trying new poses, but at first glance, I had no idea what I was looking at. And even after reading that it was a swampie, it took me a minute to find out where its head was. =/ Uhm.... other than that, nice art, as usual. xD

I'll be honest and say this doesn't look as up to par with a lot of the other pets as it could. I'm having a hard time figuring out how the pose is supposed to work, and the shading seems lacking. I AM glad to see the swampie getting love though!

I hope that doesn't come off as too harsh seeing as I do love new pet colors ;; ♥ I think I'll like it better once I figure out what is happening with the fin/neck xD I'm a bit slow right now ffff
