I've received one so far. You get them when you dance with someone and actually view the ballroom, where the HAs are shown 'dancing' with each other. At least, that's where I got mine. And where I got the other types of invitations.
Only gotten one so far.. I guess these are more rare?
Danced with over 20 different people, even refreshed the ball room page dozens of times. Not a single one... sigh I wanna hear the gossip too!
