As to whether it is worth it or not, it could possibly take years of dedicated restocking to pay you back. The crux is whether or not Keith will keep surprising long-term restockers by resetting prices of popular items that have inflated in the subeta shops. The reason that matters, is that only Subeautique items and items that are in really high demand (and therefore have high initial stock costs) like survival flowers, exotic foods, and wrapping papers yield you enough of a discount to add up to the cost of the discount card anytime soon. (You simply cannot physically restock fast enough otherwise.)

You can measure this worth to you, in terms of looking at the market of how many sP you would get from the CSC you would use to buy the discount card, and multiplying that by five. How does this compare to your monthly outlay in sP to restock? Only you can figure that.

Of course, if the 30% discount card gets discontinued from the MC, then the 20% will skyrocket in sP price and you can resell it later.

FWIW I have the third largest shop in Subeta, and it took me three months of no-spending to earn the sP to get the MC one.

It does last forever, and no ... the discount cannot be combined with other cards. That would be cool, though.

I can't decide if I want to buy one or not. I have the CSC but really wanted to just keep saving it up.

The discount is applied to whatever price you've already haggled down to. Ex: Item is 1,200 sP. But you click and offer 1,000 sP. It's accepted, but all you have to pay is 800 sP (with the 20% discount).
