Hello, I'm Titania McGee with Channel 5 Action News, your best source for up to date information.

It appears that Skitters has quelled the rebellious zombies harming the Zombie Rights movement. He assures us that it is now safe to travel to Shadowglen regardless of what sort of costume you're wearing.

And just in time, Louis L'amour has concocted a new cure for the 2010 strains of the virus with the help of Dr. Ian Asmodeus. It only takes 10 candy hearts to create.

I'm disappointed this year. I don't spend much time on here normally, but when this second epidemic came out, I decided to check every day to see the updates and try to join in. I feel like there wasn't enough time associated with this event, and that it took too much effort to become infected. I can only get on for a limited amount of time, and I didn't enjoy having to constantly refresh for a zombie attack over and over, day after day. I wanted to become infected before I joined the kissing, so I missed out on that as well. Last year, I went through several zombies, and even stayed one well into the preceding months. To me this event seemed a little too rushed, but the set up and artwork was very good. It just would've been nice to join the festivities, as well. Looking forward to the next event, Golden

The books this year from Skitters were great. I loved being able to scoop them up and then be back unzombiefied. Thank you Subeta. I was bummed when kissing ended but I realize that not every one will have certain achievements and I need to suck it in and throw it up... I had a lot of fun!

I don't think people are taking into account that having consecutive drawn out story driven plots every single holiday would not only become tiresome but ,as someone stated on the neocolours forum, would incite even more complaining from the events being too long instead of having a nice short and fun experience every once in awhile. Not every holiday needs to be epic as hell, why can't we just go with the more casual stuff like the zombie infection this year? It was fun, entertaining, gave people chances to get new items and some new/old achievements and we got to watch the progression of all the new strains. I don't see a problem with that.

Anyway, thank you for such a fun and exciting event Keith c: I'm glad the infection was brought back for another year since I didn't get infected last time ^^ Plus I got some sweet swag from skitters lol

Louis L'amour...you have so many secrets.

When he's not being a love-guru or concocting miracle cures, he writes western novels. XD

I really love that Montre...I wish there was a color based on him.

Anyway, I hope the zombies had fun this year. I didn't become one, but I was one last year and that was a lot of fun.

Thank you to Keith and the Subeta team, because this actually was somewhat fun c:

I was on last year, but never got infected ^^;

I think the art on all of the infections were just really good ^w^

Personally, I really wish we could have a chance to change infections (I have the eye one) but nevertheless, it's still awesome to have the chance to be a zombie c:

lol at the people who are whining about the freakin butterfly disease. IMHO that was the worst infection this year. It made you have light green skin and pretty red eyes, not exactly lookin like a zombie. seems like you all just wanted to have the benefits that being a zombie had (skitters), AND you demand that your HA still look pretty while being a zombie.

I LOVED the eyesore infection. If I wasn't still a 2009 zombie I would have wanted that infection. It was, you know, scary looking. Scary like a zombie should look.

people who are complaing. Jeeze, Keith gave us an event that we weren't even supposed to have. He gave us new items and all sorts of stuff. Even though it was not that long you still got to be a zombie which is what you guys complained about all year since he said it was not coming back. Now that it came back all you guys did was complain. He did not have to give the event to us and he did anyways.

Thanks for bringing back the event! I can understand why the staffs decide not to allow people to switch diseases. If that happens, I can imagine most people will keep curing themsevles and try refreshing till they finally catch the diseases they want, and eyesore zombies might even go extinct XD However, I'm still disappointed that disease final stages were underwhelming...not saying the arts are bad, they are awesome but they look like half-finished :/

I joined within a month of the last zombie event and it killed me, KILLED ME, that I'd missed it..but as I'd hoped and dreamed, you pulled off the awesomeness again this year. Can't say if this one was better or not than the last on account of not being there, but I reckon this event is probably the best one I've witnessed during my time on Subeta..very memorable, to say the least.

Oh, words cannot express how relieved I am that I got the Butterfly Effect one. The art was absolutely fantastic on all of the viruses and their stages, but I must say that, in my opinion, BE took the biscuit. Red eyes? That's what I'm talking about. And anyway, Eyesore scared me. ;-;

Anyway; amazing items, viruses, just downright spiffy event. Thanks for making the effort to do all this for us - I won't be ditching my zombieness any time in the foreseeable future..even if I do have a permanent unhealthy green tinge

Although I was here last year and I am slightly disappointed that we cannot change our diseases, I would like to thank the staff for bringing the infection back. I was sort of expecting it, but when the whole survivor statue and stuff came out, I doubted. Then you surprised us all by bringing it back! So thank you for letting me be a zombie again.

I won't be taking the cure though. As much as I'd really like a different disease, I'd rather be a zombie than not at all.

Last year, I was very skittish about becoming a zombie, and as a result, I missed out. Needless to say, I was incredibly happy when I discovered that you were bringing the zombie event back! The whole thing was well thought-out and well-executed, and even the people who didn't manage to get infected can still wear a little zombie pride. (Wearing some of the MANY items you all released for this event!)

I don't know about other people, but I for one and very happy with this year's event! Thank you Keith and all staff, for all your hard work!

I'm still debating on whether or not to cure myself. If I had the butterfly disease (which, by the way, is probably the best example of art on subeta I've EVER seen), I would remain a zombie for the rest of my life (yes, including when I'm an old-timer using my butterflies like seeing-eye demons). But since I'm neutral with the disease I got saddled with, I may or may not cure. It's kind of interesting looking like a burn victim, but it has some pretty nasty memories attached to it, so... hm.

All the diseases this year were really nifty. I'm just glad I didn't get eye sore. =P I have enough eye problems WITHOUT being a zombie.

Oi, I have an idea of how to fix this! Cash Shop Cure! "Vial of Butterfly Goo" or something. Drink it and catch the Butterfly Effect. I'd buy it. xD Or Token Shop, if that's a little easier. Unless Keith or an artist strolls in here and says "Yeah you jack-asses, we just randomly tossed this shit together." I think a lot of little ingrates need to STFU.

The art for the diseases alone was amazing, not to mention a whole new shop full of zombie goods, a costume trunk, the survival memorial and all of the flowers.

NONE of that points to or intimates half assedry. It just blows my mind that people are busy saying the staff only did this to shut people up. If you don't work for Subeta then you don't know, but it's ridonkulous to say that the creative department didn't put 110% into this.

Thank you staff, Keith, coders, artists etc... This was a wonderful way to re-imagine the frenzy of last year and I know a lot of people really truly enjoyed every second of it!
