Although I thought people were nitpicking at first, I now agree with everyone about the Galleries. Especially since we can't rename our Gallery categories or organize the categories. Instead of having to delete all my categories just to add a new one (yeah OCD ok whatever =) I'd just use custom buttons so I could organize the categories however I'd want. Anyways long story short my gallery categories are really icky now. I hope you guys can look into that one day cause it'd be super awesome.

Yay! Thank you Keith. Great option! It annoys me so when I'm questing and shops take forever to load, as well as layouts which don't have sidebars and you can't navigate off the page.

My suggestion would have been a cap to the size or load speed of a layout, but we all know nobody would have adhered to those rules. This is a much more elegant solution, and one that cannot be bypassed by unscrupulous users.

Seriously, some times I think these users are intentionally bogging down their shops, just to make you miss out when questing. Yes, you have kids. No, I don't want to see them. Live in peace, and let me do the same.

I thank you personally, Keith, and whomever else worked on this option. It is one of the best site improvements ever conceived.

my connection isn't very slow but I opened many tabs when doing quests and it slows down when all the shops I purchased from have layouts...so glad they are finally gone

...I did forget to say in my last comment, though, that it might be a good idea to allow us to turn off layouts in shops, but not in galleries. Since you're usually not in a hurry when you're looking through a gallery, and all (and the whole point of galleries is for them to look nice!)

Unless that'd be too hard to implement or something ^^

Shop layouts are so annoying. ugh. My connection is fast, but many of the layouts are just an eyesore and make browsing difficult.

Thank you sooo much!! My connection isn't terribly slow, but due to it being satellite from living in the country now, I DO have a max download limit per day then I get bumped back to dialup speeds. Being able to disable pretty glittery high resolution images in usershops helps an awful lot!!! Don't get me wrong, I think they are awesome and loved it when i had superfast cable broadband, but now...
